●MILK TEA:
- 20g Black tea
- 250ml Milk
- Wait for 20 minutes
● BLACK TEA SPONGE CAKE:
- 3 Eggs
- 50ml Milk tea
- 20g Vegetable oil
- 70g Cake flour
- 1/2Tsp Black tea
- 1/4Tsp Lemon juice
- 65g Sugar
- Mold size 16cm
- Bake at 160℃ for 50 minutes
●MILK TEA CREAM:
- 1 Egg yolk
- 40g Brown sugar
- 120ml Milk tea
- 5g Corn starch
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes
- 200g Whipping cream
●TAPIOCA PEARLS:
- 50g Tapioca pearls
- Medium heat 30 minutes
- 20g Brown sugar
