●MILK TEA:

  • 20g Black tea
  • 250ml Milk
  • Wait for 20 minutes

● BLACK TEA SPONGE CAKE:

  • 3 Eggs
  • 50ml Milk tea
  • 20g Vegetable oil
  • 70g Cake flour
  • 1/2Tsp Black tea
  • 1/4Tsp Lemon juice
  • 65g Sugar
  • Mold size 16cm
  • Bake at 160℃ for 50 minutes

●MILK TEA CREAM:

  • 1 Egg yolk
  • 40g Brown sugar
  • 120ml Milk tea
  • 5g Corn starch
  • Refrigerate for 30 minutes
  • 200g Whipping cream

●TAPIOCA PEARLS:

  • 50g Tapioca pearls
  • Medium heat 30 minutes
  • 20g Brown sugar
