2 g baking powder (1/2 tsp)

45g unsalted butter ( 3 Tbsp )
60 g sour cream ( 4 Tbsp )

180g warm water ( 3 /4 cups )
60g sugar ( 1/4 cup + 1 Tbsp )
12g lemon juice (2 tsp + 1/2 tsp)
