Egg Wrap Sandwich, It is a good recipe for dieting and for those who want to cut down on bread. Potato sandwiches are fuller, and avocados are fresh and lighter.

[Serves 3 to 4 people]
✤ Egg Papper

  • 6 (334g) Eggs (small eggs)
  • 1.5 tbsp(12g) Plain flour
  • 2 tbsp(16g) Water
  • 6 (1g) Pinches of salt

✤ Avocado Spread

  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 1 tsp olive oil
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • A little pepper powder
  • 0.5 tsp Crushed red pepper

✤ Potato Spread

  • 1(145g) Boiled potato (small potato)
  • 1 Pinch salt
  • A little pepper powder
  • 0.5 tsp Crushed red pepper
  • 2 tbsp(16g) Milk
  • 1 tbsp(15g) Mayonnaise

✤ Sauce

  • 2 tbsp(30g) Mayonnaise
  • 1 tbsp(15g) Honey mustard
  • 1 tbsp(15g) Honey
  • A little pepper powder
  • 1 tsp(2g) Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Chopped cucumber pickles

✤ Inside Ingredients

  • Avocado Spread (choice)
  • Potato Spread (choice)
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1/4 Onion
  • 8 Romaine lettuce
  • Lettuce
  • Cheddar Cheese (as much as you want/or omit)
  • Ricotta Cheese (optional)

✤ TIP

  • Put less romaine and lettuce than in the video, it’s hard to roll 🙂
  • You can use salad cheese or yogurt instead of ricotta cheese.
  • If you are eating for a diet, you can omit the cheddar cheese. It doesn’t affect the taste much.
  • For large eggs, you can use only 5.
  • If you have made potato spread in advance, add more milk and mix gently.
    (There is less mayonnaise, so it can harden easily)
