Flatbread Chicken Wrap

✤ Chicken Marinade

  • 130g, 1 Chicken Breast
  • 2pinches of salt
  • 2g (1tsp) Chili pepper
  • 0.5g(0.3tsp) Oregano
  • 10g(0.5tbsp) Minced garlic
  • 0.2tsp Pepper powder
  • 1g(0.3tsp) Curry powder
  • 44g(2tbsp) Sugar-free yogurt

✤ Tzatziki Sauce

  • 130g(6tbsp)Sugar-free Greek yogurt(can be regular yogurt)
  • 4g(0.5tbsp) Lemon juice
  • 7g(1tbsp) Olive oil
  • 3g(0.5tbsp) Minced garlic
  • 11g(1tbsp) Honey
  • 2 pinches Salt
  • 2g Dill
  • 20g Cucumber (squeezed water)

✤ Bread and Toppings

  • 2 flatbreads (naan and tortilla etc.., available)
  • Lettuce
  • Cherry tomato
  • Onion

✤ TIP

  • Flatbread for a hearty meal, Tortilla for a light meal
  • When using tortillas, warm them up.
  • When I made 2 servings with 1 chicken breast, it seemed that the chicken was a little lacking. I think it should be made with 1 chicken breast per person.
  • If dill is hard to find, you can substitute other spices.
  • If you use sugar-sweetened yogurt instead of sugar-free Greek yogurt, you can omit the honey.
  • You can also use sweetened yogurt for marinating chicken.
  • Chicken can be baked in the oven.
