Flatbread Chicken Wrap
✤ Chicken Marinade
- 130g, 1 Chicken Breast
- 2pinches of salt
- 2g (1tsp) Chili pepper
- 0.5g(0.3tsp) Oregano
- 10g(0.5tbsp) Minced garlic
- 0.2tsp Pepper powder
- 1g(0.3tsp) Curry powder
- 44g(2tbsp) Sugar-free yogurt
✤ Tzatziki Sauce
- 130g(6tbsp)Sugar-free Greek yogurt(can be regular yogurt)
- 4g(0.5tbsp) Lemon juice
- 7g(1tbsp) Olive oil
- 3g(0.5tbsp) Minced garlic
- 11g(1tbsp) Honey
- 2 pinches Salt
- 2g Dill
- 20g Cucumber (squeezed water)
✤ Bread and Toppings
- 2 flatbreads (naan and tortilla etc.., available)
- Lettuce
- Cherry tomato
- Onion
✤ TIP
- Flatbread for a hearty meal, Tortilla for a light meal
- When using tortillas, warm them up.
- When I made 2 servings with 1 chicken breast, it seemed that the chicken was a little lacking. I think it should be made with 1 chicken breast per person.
- If dill is hard to find, you can substitute other spices.
- If you use sugar-sweetened yogurt instead of sugar-free Greek yogurt, you can omit the honey.
- You can also use sweetened yogurt for marinating chicken.
- Chicken can be baked in the oven.
