✤ Ingredients
-570g Peeled potatoes (626g before peeling)
-60g Butter
-40ml Milk (depending on the moisture level of potatoes)
-4-5Pinches Salt (add or subtract while tasting)

✤ For frying
-2 eggs
-Flour (any type)
-Bread crumbs
-Cooking oil

✤ TIP
-Potatoes need to be frozen for about 2 hours for easy cutting. (It may vary depending on refrigerator performance).
-It is also possible to sprinkle oil and fry in an oven or air fryer, but the texture is different.
