25g cake flour (3Tbsp)
50g sugar powder (1/3 cup + 1Tbsp)
55g almond powder (1/4 cup + 1Tbsp)

155 g egg whites (4 + 1/2)
65 g (1/2 cup) sugar
3ml vanilla extract

250g cream cheese (1 cup + 1Tbsp)
50g (1/4 cup) sugar

65g unsweetened yogurt (4Tbsp)
5g lemon juice ( 1 tsp )
3ml vanilla extract

7g powdered gelatin ( 1 Tbtsp )
35g water ( 2 Tbsp +1 tsp )

230g heavy cream (50% whipped) ( 1 cup)

60g strawberry puree ( 1/4 cup )

♥ Sweet Strawberry Jelly
100g strawberry puree (1/3 cup + 1Tbsp+1tsp)
25g sugar (2Tbsp)

5g powdered gelatin ( 1tsp+1/2tsp )
65 g water ( 1/4 cup + 1 tsp )

♥ Transparent Red Jelly

120g ( 1/2 cup ) warm water
25g sugar (2Tbsp)
7.5ml Lemon Juice ( 1/2 Tbsp )

5g powdered gelatin ( 1tsp+1/2tsp )
25g water ( 1 Tbsp + 2 tsp )
