How To Make Potato Casserole

Ingredients:
5 potatoes
3 tbsp butter
1 large white onion
170 g (6 ounces) ham
250 g (1 cup) Greek-style yogurt
2 tbsp dijon mustard
170 g (6 ounces) Emmentaler Cheese (or substitute Gruyere)
1 tsp salt
1/2 teaspoon fresh ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
6 eggs
Optional garnish with fresh chives, chopped parsley, sliced scallions, sour cream or plain yogurt.
Bake at 200 ° C / 400 ° F for 25 minutes
After adding the eggs bake for 10-12 minutes more
