Ingredients
Sponge cake
3/4 cup and 1 1/2 tablespoon (200 ml) of full-fat milk
4 tablespoons (50 g) unsalted butter
1 1/3 cup (270 g) of granulated sugar
4 eggs (room temperature)
1 cup (240 g ) of all-purpose flour
3 teaspoons of baking powder
1 tablespoon of vanilla sugar (or vanilla extract)

Topping
1/2 cup and 1 tablespoon (125 g) of unsalted butter
1 cup and 2 tablespoons (100 g) desiccated coconut
3/4 cup and 2 tablespoons of brown sugar
3 1/2 tablespoons (50 ml) of milk\\
